1. Direct Website Reviews
We use the MotoPress booking system to manage our reservations. A link to leave a review on our website is generated and sent via email only to guests who have completed their stay. It is not possible for the general public to submit a review directly on our website without a verified booking reference. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for reviews.
2. Third-Party Reviews (Google, Airbnb & Booking.com)
For the convenience of our users, we also display reviews imported from our official profiles on Google, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
- Airbnb & Booking.com: Reviews are verified by Airbnb and Booking.com, which only allow guests who have booked through their platform and completed their stay to leave a review.
- Google Reviews: Google does not strictly verify that reviews come from paying guests, though they use automated spam-detection algorithms. We display these as an aggregated rating, clearly marked as originating from Google.
