- Payment Data: Credit card or bank details. We do not store your full financial data. Payments are securely processed through our third-party gateways (WooCommerce Payments, Satispay, Stripe, PayPal, Nexi, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or direct Bank Transfer).
- Legal Compliance: Under Italian law (Article 109 of the TULPS), we are legally required to collect the ID/Passport details of all guests upon check-in and transmit them to the local police headquarters via the “Alloggiati Web” portal.
- Website Usage: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website.
Video Surveillance (CCTV)
- Storage: The footage is stored locally and securely on the premises.
- Retention: Recordings are automatically overwritten after 72 hours, except when a specific incident requires retention for law enforcement purposes.
