Designed as a single, exclusive-use property, it is the harmonious combination of two independent accommodations — Trulli Papavero and Casetta Girasole. This setup makes it the ideal solution for hosting up to 8 guests (large families, two family units, or groups of friends), ensuring the perfect balance between shared moments and personal privacy.

The Property and Units

The entire property blends the authentic charm of traditional Apulian architecture with modern living comforts, distributing the interior spaces across two separate buildings:

1. Trulli Papavero

The most traditional and evocative soul of the property, featuring iconic conical vaults and exposed stone:

  • Living Area: Cozy living room and relaxation area.
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped with stovetop, oven, cookware/tableware, and a dining area.
  • Sleeping Area: 2 bedrooms (one master double bedroom and one bedroom with single/configurable beds).
  • Bathroom: Spacious and modern, equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and washing machine.

2. Casetta Girasole

A bright, intimate annex ideal for those seeking privacy while remaining connected to the group:

Renovated in 2024, Casetta Girasole blends traditional charm with modern comforts.

The Interior

As you enter, you are greeted by a bright open-plan living area. This space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with four chairs, a sofa, and a bookshelf with books in various languages that guests are welcome to borrow during their stay.

Beyond the bookshelf lies the sleeping area, which features a double bed with two nightstands, a spacious wardrobe, and a second sofa.

To the left of the entrance is the bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and a cabinet stocked with towels, bathrobes, a hairdryer, and personal care products.

The house has both air conditioning (hot and cold) and a heating system to ensure comfort in every season.

The Exterior

Outside, Casetta Girasole is surrounded by a 1,000 m² plot of land with olive and fruit trees, enclosed by the region’s characteristic dry stone walls—an ancient building technique recognized as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Near the entrance, you’ll find two chairs and a small table with a sun umbrella offering shade in the morning. In the afternoon, the area in front of the house is naturally shaded, ideal for resting in the hammock, perhaps reading a good book.

House Rules

  • Small pets are allowed with a refundable deposit of €100 and an extra cleaning service of €40.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
  • Parties are not allowed inside the property.

  • Self Check-in is available at any time after 3:00 PM.

The Interior

Trulli Papavero has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a relaxation area and a spacious bathroom. The living room, as well as the two bedrooms and the kitchen, have a typical trullo ceiling with exposed stone.

One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds (a third single bed can be added on request). The bathroom features a shower, towel heater, toilet, bidet, sink, and a cabinet containing towels, bathrobes, extra sheets, as well as a hairdryer, first aid kit, and various cleaning products. The bathroom also includes a washing machine.

The house is equipped with independent heating.

The Exterior

Trulli Papavero is surrounded by a large plot of land cultivated with olive and fruit trees, bordered by the characteristic dry stone walls, a construction technique recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.

Near the entrance, there are 4 seats and a small table with a sun umbrella, offering shade in the morning. In the afternoon, the area in front of the property is shaded, where you can relax in peace and quiet on the hammock, perhaps reading a good book.

The exterior also features a barbecue for guest use.
